Basic Leadership
This package is for clients who have one “big rock” that they want to focus on in coaching, including performance improvement. Shorter-term in scope, Basic engagement includes a short coaching set-up session and four 45-minute coaching sessions, over the course of approximately two months. Between sessions, coachees have homework to complete to ensure they are making the growth you — or they — seek. Clients who wish to add additional sessions are always welcome to do so at our standard hourly rate.
Exploratory Leadership
Exploratory is a great option for doers who have unexpectedly arrived at an impass, or for staff who are transitioning into new roles in the organization. This longer-term engagement provides eight 45-minute coaching sessions over four to eight months, during which we will explore self-limiting beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves about our work. We’ll dive into values and purpose and set the stage for you or your staff to move into their next role with purpose and promise. This package includes a complementary goal setting session to kick us off on the right foot.
Premier Leadership
The Premier coaching experience spans six months to a year with twelve 45-minute coaching sessions. The elite package includes a complementary goal setting session (aligned to your workplace 360, personality assessments, or other data, if you choose) and one post-engagement follow-up a month after coaching has completed. This is a fantastic option for individuals or organizations who have leaders with a lot to explore, big goals to accomplish over a short time, or dramatic change to manage effectively.
